The lock doesn't know your business. We introduce them.
Access control vendors sell you a door that opens for a fob. Booking platforms sell you a calendar. Payment processors sell you a checkout page. Nobody sells the part in between — the rules that decide whether the door should open for this person, right now, based on what they've paid, signed, booked, or broken.
That's the layer we build. We're vendor-independent — we pick the right hardware and platforms for your building, connect them to the systems your business already runs on, and then manage the whole thing month after month so it keeps working at 2 AM without you.
The result isn't just fewer keys. It's revenue from hours you're currently locking out — memberships, rentals, bookings, and services you couldn't safely offer before, because offering them meant paying someone to stand there.
Rules we've actually wired
if reservation.paid → unlock bay 4, 7–9 PM
if dues.past_due > 60d → pause pool fob
if waiver.unsigned → door stays shut, text parent the link
if lease.ended → credentials expire at midnight
if renter.checkout → lock up, clip cameras, release deposit
if door.fault @ 2AM → wake us, not you
